Orders for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours ( except on weekends and bank holidays ). Orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier to your delivery address. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

2/ Return policy
You can return your item for an exchange within 15 days. The size or the cut doesn’t fit ? It happens. You have then 15 days from the date of receipt to exchange freely your product or ask us for a refund.
How can I ship back my product ?
If you wish to return your product, you will need to contact the customer service either by telephone – 06.35.13.54.73 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the reasons. We offer you to exchange freely your item depending on the in-stock ( the costs of the new delivery will be charged to the customer ). Once your item exchanged, the costs of the new delivery are free for European residents only. For International residents a fee may apply depending on the country. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, never washed nor worn to the following postal address :

Without a general acceptance by the Client of this general terms of return or exchange Baltimore-Paris will not be able to proceed to the refund of the items.
What are the delays ?
As soon as we receive your item we will send you a confirmation via email.
In case of an exchange it will be processed according to our in-stock within a maximum of 15 days following the receipt of your item. If your item is out of stock we will contact you.
In case of a refund, the following will be processed within 15 days following the receipt of your items. The refund will be made automatically on the checking account linked with the credit card used or on the Paypal account used for the payment.
